Mold Inspection is a special extra service provided at your discretion. Here we sample suspected areas using special methods and then send the samples to a recognized mold testing laboratory for analysis. Mold testing is an extra cost item due to the cost of the sampling kits, postage, lab services, and extra time involved.

Don't let anyone tell you they are mold experts unless they can show you a Florida mold/environmental license.  We do not pretend to be mold experts and are only certifed samplers.  We will sample and send the samples to a licensed laboratory.  They will give you the results.  Mold sampling is expensive.  We do not make any money doing mold sampling.  We recover our costs in equipment, medium, and lab fees only.

If mold is present the cost for remidiation is significant.  A licensed remidiation contractor is required by state law and these services are very expensive.  Resampling is required to validate the results of the remidiation.

  • What you want to know in an inspection report: Are there any hidden structural or mechanical / electrical defects that will cost me plenty to repair?
  • Are there places where deterioration is or has started that will lead to big problems down the road?
  • Are there things that need additional testing to be sure they are OK - like septic, wells, mold, infestations, radon gas potential, etc.?
  • Are there safety items that put myself or my family at risk?
  • An inspection should make you feel secure in your purchase. If not, it is a waste of your time and money.
  • We deliver peace of mind. Inspected once, inspected right.
